About Walt Disney Cartoons

Everybody knows who Walt Disney was and what he loved creating the most. However, the essence of his art and the soul he put in his cartoons appears to not be there any more in the latest Walt Disney Cartoons. Of course, they aren’t even cartoons any more, they are computer rendered tri-dimensional characters and environments that are far from looking and feeling like the old, classic cartoons.

In any case, is it still worth to watch Walt Disney Cartoons these days instead of the animation movies they produce as of late? Well, having grown up with Walt Disney cartoons, I have to say that any child needs to see them because the magic that they managed to put into them is hard to find in any other cartoons or animations. I remember Christmas and Easter watching Walt Disney cartoons, and it always felt that bit more special. So, in my opinion, if you have a small child, make sure that you at least try to show him or her one of the classic Walt Disney cartoons. It will probably work best if your child has not been driven to like the current best cartoons, such as Pokemon and the other spin-offs it produced in recent years. While these aren’t bad at all, they can’t compare to the classics.

The classic Walt Disney Cartoons can still be purchased at very decent prices in special packages containing all cartoons in a series. This is both convenient and very well priced because you get dozens of hours of cartoons for the price of one DVD containing a modern movie. So, if you want your child to experience the magic of these beautiful cartoons, you still have the opportunity to purchase them. No broadcasting network is still airing the cartoons and you might not have this opportunity for too long.
